Our carefully designed ovens create the perfect conditions to achieve incredible and instantly recognisable flavours and texture, the result being a perfectly cooked and seasoned steak, with a crisp outside and a moist and tender inside.
All of our meats are served in the most natural way possible, we pride ourselves on being able to achieve optimum results by bringing out all of the natural flavours.
The meat supply is requested directly to the slaughterhouses around the world, without intermediaries and this allows us to select the best possible pieces, for your great pleasure.
