Beefbar unveils a menu that blends international signatures with exclusive mountain-inspired dishes. Guests can indulge in the world’s finest beef cuts – from Black Angus and Wagyu to the legendary Kobe Beef – served with Beefbar’s signature sauces and creamy truffle mash. Comforting specialties include the indulgent Beefy Cordon Bleu with veal and Wagyu ham, crispy Croque Sando, and homemade pappardelle with Wagyu bolognese. For a cosmopolitan touch, the menu also reimagines street food favorites such as Mini Smashed Burgers, Bao Buns, Crispy Crab Tacos, and the iconic Rock Corn. Designed for sharing and conviviality, this Alpine-inspired menu makes Beefbar Courchevel the ultimate après-ski destination.
