Next to Riccardo Giraudi’s meat cuts and other street food, are the lightest and freshest dishes available at Beefbar. Leaf includes a creamy avocado hummus with Carasau bread, a baby spinach and miso salad, while Reef features a seabass, yuzu and raspberry ceviche and a gourmet lobster salad.
