This Summer, Beefbar brings its cosmopolitan spirit to the timeless elegance of Airelles Gordes, La Bastide. The menu features a curated selection of signature dishes such as crispy king crab tacos with satay sauce, Wagyu beef quesadillas with black truffle, and our world-famous mini smashed burgers. Guests can also indulge in grilled Black Angus or Wagyu beef cuts, creamy miso spinach, and house-made fries with truffle. To end on a sweet note, don’t miss the exotic burnt cheesecake or the decadent gelato mantecato prepared à la minute.
