Beefbar at Dear Jackie
Beefbar Soho Blends Premium Dining and Entertainment
Beefbar arrives in London, bringing its bold, playful approach to dining to Dear Jackie, the flagship restaurant at Broadwick Soho.
Here, two family stories meet, united by a generous spirit, a love of hospitality and a natural flair for putting on a show. The Giraudi family’s distinctly modern vision finds its London home within the world created by Noel Hayden, who grew up in the Bournemouth seaside hotel run by his parents.
His father, Noel Snr, was a magician and born entertainer. Jackie was every bit his match, glamorous, warm, kind and wonderfully rock ’n’ roll, with the instinct and determination that kept the hotel moving behind the scenes.
Dear Jackie takes its name from the love letters Noel Snr wrote to his wife, each beginning with those same two words. Today, their spirit lives on in a restaurant shaped by family, character and theatre, seen through the unmistakable lens of Beefbar.

Wagyu, Street Food and Elevated London Dining
Lunch, Dinner & Beyond
The menu brings Beefbar’s signature sense of fun to London, moving easily between exceptional cuts, playful street food and dishes made for sharing.
At its heart is a carefully selected range of beef, sourced directly from leading producers across Japan, Australia, the United States, Namibia and Europe. From Black Angus and Wagyu to rare Japanese cuts, the focus is always on quality, provenance and flavour.
Around the grill, the menu is anything but predictable. Beefbar favourites such as Croque Sando, Mini Big Smash and Wagyu Kebabs sit alongside King Crab Taquitos, Mango Ceviche and Rock Corn. Dear Jackie’s love of Italian flavours is revisited through Wagyu and veal Bolognese, playful pizzette and its own truffle-laced Cordon Bleu, while a Wagyu Shepherd’s Pie gives a British staple the full Beefbar treatment.
London also introduces the Ispahan Bloom, a Chilean sea bass dish with rosewater, lychee and raspberry, making its debut at Dear Jackie before joining Beefbar menus around the world.
Generous, global and made to be explored, this is food that takes the ingredients seriously, but never itself.

Broadwick Soho
Where Soho Pulls Magic From Its Sleeve
Broadwick Soho was created by a group of friends with a shared belief that a hotel should feel less like somewhere you pass through and more like somewhere you belong.
Independent in spirit and deeply personal in character, it brings together the warmth of a private home, the theatre of a grand hotel and the energy of the neighbourhood outside its doors. Every detail has been shaped with personality, from its richly layered interiors to the people who bring the building to life each day.
Its home is Soho, one of London’s most storied neighbourhoods. A place built on music, fashion, food, nightlife and a long tradition of doing things differently. For generations, its streets have drawn artists, performers, outsiders and originals, all adding something to its restless character.
Broadwick Soho is proud to be part of that story. Not simply a hotel in Soho, but a meeting place shaped by it, alive with the same glamour, mischief, creativity and sense of possibility. Beefbar at Dear Jackie sits at the heart of that world, bringing people together around the table and adding a new chapter to the neighbourhood’s ever-evolving story.
