Like its big brother Beefbar, Le Petit Beefbar showcases exceptional meats, such as Wagyu and Black Angus beef, selected and imported by Riccardo Giraudi himself. Here, fire takes center stage: each cut is seared over the flames to bring out a caramelized crust, a tender, juicy center and a subtle smoky note.
